you should have been using spellpower andrital strike far before level 70 andloser to level 60. Fus mostly on spellpower. If you are frost you depend mostly on shatterritals to do it.

Haste is not >rit, but they are about even, you justan't stk all of one and ignore the other, they need to be baled. That being said, the ep boots are far superior. More spelldmg (whh is our #1 stat), a sket (tons more damage potential), and more overall stats.
